Bookshop
The bookshop, located next door to the Sunset Theater and staffed entirely by volunteers from the Friends, sells donated books and discarded library material. All proceeds from the bookshop go to supplement the Asheboro library’s book budget. The shop is stocked with books, audio visuals and other items withdrawn from the library collection and from donations.
We have lots of fantastic books — drop in and see them!
Helpful Tips
We accept good conditioned hardcover and paperback books in all subjects. We also accept Audiobooks, DVDs and current textbooks which we sell at our Bookshop. We do not accept any musical CDs. We will be glad to give you a receipt for your donation, however we do not evaluate the books and you are responsible for estimating the value for deductions.
Help us continue to offer the greatest selection of books at the best possible prices by donating your books during our hours of operation. We are here Tuesday, Thursday & Saturday from 10am-2pm.
