Asheboro Library TeenZone Summer Reading presents the 7th Annual Lego Mania!

Join us for the 7th Annual Lego Mania on Friday, July 31 at 2 p.m. Registration is required and participants must be at least ten years of age. This is the most exciting real-time Lego building competition, and our best program of Summer Reading. Call (336)-318-6803 to register and for inquiries. It is all part of the the TeenZone's Summer Reading and UnMask!

Asheboro Library TeenZone Mission Statement:

   The Asheboro Library TeenZone provides a safe and welcoming environment for teens to develop a lifelong interest in and appreciation for reading and learning. The library and the TeenZone provide a variety of programs and services for teens to promote literacy, foster a love of reading and create the opportunity for lifelong learning. The Asheboro Library TeenZone supports educational, civic, cultural, and recreational activities, to aid the individual’s pursuit of self-education and research, pleasure, and the creative use of leisure time, while employing the most efficient library resources available.
   The TeenZone also provides a relevant collection of print and non-print materials that meet the developmental needs of the young people of Asheboro, and surrounding communities.
